Each month you'll receive a curated box of premium locally-raised beef straight from our farm to your table. We’ve split a traditional quarter beef share into 12 monthly boxes filled with a rotating mix of steaks roasts ground beef and other premium cuts.

Over the course of 12 months you will receive:

• 6 Ribeye Steaks (Medium)
• 6 NY Strip Steaks (Medium)
• 4 Tenderloin Fillet Steaks (Medium)
• 3 Sirloin Steaks (1-1.5 lbs)
• 3 Packages of Stew Meat (<1 lb)
• 8 Beef Roasts (2.5-3 lbs)
• 2 Packages of Short Ribs (2.5-3 lb)
• 1 Brisket (5-6 lb)
• 10 Packages of Ground Beef Patties (4oz)
• 40 lbs Ground Beef
