Beef Shares (Quarter, Half, Whole Custom)

This deposit reserves your choice of beef share—Quarter, Half, or Whole.

Shares are currently priced at $5.00/lb for the hanging weight. Processing fees are paid directly to the processor and vary by share size: Quarter ($250–$340), Half ($450–$600), Whole ($825–$1,050). 

We partner with aMAYSing Meats in Johnstown or Bays in Lancaster. After your deposit, we'll contact you to schedule processing and discuss your preferences.

We're typically booked 2–3 months in advance. If timing or processor location matters, contact us before depositing.
