Start the New Year with a meal for good luck. Pigs root for their food in a forward motion, which symbolizes progress. We all want to start the new year making progress, so pork is the perfect main dish!
Ingredients
- 2-3 lb pork loin
- Garlic salt
- 2 Tbsp margarine
- 1-1/2 cups milk
Instructions
- Sprinkle garlic salt on all sides of the pork loin.
- Melt margarine in a heavy pan just big enough to fit the pork loin.
- Brown the pork loin on all sides in the pan.
- After all sides of the loin are browned, add milk to the pan and cover.
